The 034 Motorsport Cast stainless steel performance downpipe for the Audi 8S TTRS and 8V.5 RS3 is designed to replace the restrictive factory downpipe and catalytic converter. This downpipe delivers increased power and torque across the entire power band, reduces turbo lag, and improves the exhaust note, making it the ultimate solution for the discerning Audi enthusiast. Made of high-quality 304 stainless steel and TIG-welded, it guarantees long life and excellent corrosion resistance. With an organic geometry and a solid 150 mm Euro 4 200 cell racing With a factory-installed catalytic converter, this downpipe maximizes airflow and performance. The dual downpipes are 70mm in diameter, 17% larger than the OEM 60mm downpipes, allowing exhaust gases to be expelled more efficiently. This complete solution includes an integrated v-band flange at the turbine mouth, an O2 sensor tube after the catalytic converter, and OEM-style corrugated flex bellows, ensuring a perfect fit and easy installation. The 034 Motorsport downpipe was developed entirely in-house using the latest 3D scanning technology, CAD software, and rapid prototyping techniques. The product has been extensively tested on various vehicles to ensure performance before being released to the market.
