This coated rod bearing set is specially designed for the VW / Audi 4-cylinder engineSuitable for virtually all 4-cylinder engines, including early 058 block 1.8t and later engines using Scat or Pauter forged rods with tanged bearings. These bearings feature an advanced anti-friction coating that can handle extreme performance. Using coated engine bearings increases power and efficiency, extends bearing life, and provides additional protection in the event of oil pressure loss.
