The 034 Motorsport Street Density Dogbone Mounting Pair is the ultimate upgrade for the Volkswagen and Audi MQB and MQB EVO These mounts are constructed of 65 durometer rubber, which provides improved performance and durability compared to the factory 55 durometer version. The upgrade also includes a threaded steel insert in the upper mount, increasing thread stripping resistance. These mounts reduce drivetrain movement, improve shifting, and reduce wheel hop, with minimal increase in noise, vibration, or harshness (NVH) in the cabin. Upon installation, it is recommended to replace the subframe bolts with new stretch bolts from the Front Subframe Hardware Kit for the Audi 8V/8V.5 A3/S3/RS3, Audi 8S TT/TTS/TTRSand, and Volkswagen MkVII Golf / GTI / RNVH levels are low to moderate, with variations depending on the condition of the original engine and transmission mounts.
