Description

The 034Motorsport High Flow Intake Manifold is designed as a direct replacement for the original manifold of the Audi TT 8N 1.8T With a small port. Thanks to the modular design with a rotating plenum, the throttle valve can be positioned on either the driver's or passenger's side.

Immediately 1.85L plenum This manifold not only offers gains in high-horsepower setups with larger turbos, but also a noticeable improvement in torque and power in the low and mid-range rev ranges – even with a standard turbo.

Made from A356 aluminum via low-pressure die casting, of tapered runners, large air intakes and a smooth plenum finish for maximum airflow and balance between the cylinders.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this manifold provide gains over a stock turbo?
Yes. The 1.85L plenum and tapered runners improve fill, resulting in noticeable increases in torque and midrange, even with the stock turbo.

Will my original throttle body fit?
Yes. The manifold supports both OEM and 80mm throttle bodies. Please note that the positioning is slightly different; the intake hose may require modification.

Is this a true Plug & Play installation?
Mechanically, yes, but expect minor adjustments to the covers and hose routing. Tighten the plenum-to-runner bolts to 7 Nm (62 in-lb).

Do I need to have my ECU tuned?
Not required, but recommended to fully utilize the extra flow, especially with larger turbos or an 80mm throttle body.

Small port or large port—what's the difference?
This is the Small Port version. It's the same mold as the Large Port and can be drilled out to Large Port later if desired.
