Description

Airtec Motorsport expands the Suzuki range with the intercooler upgrade for the Swift Sport Boosterjet (ZC33S), suitable for both track use and fast rides.

To ensure that the performance does not decrease during long-term intensive driving, we have developed a larger and free-flowing intercooler that replaces the smaller and more restrictive OEM version.

The original intercooler is wide but shallow and is strongly obstructed by the radar sensor and air duct that are placed directly in front of the intercooler core. We have made optimal use of the available space by designing a core that fits next to the radar sensor, but is much deeper. In addition, the remaining available surface area has been used to create a more efficient end tank design.

The result is a core that is 80% deeper than the original, leading to a massive 88% increase in total capacity. In addition, there is a significant increase in unobstructed frontal area, ensuring optimal use of airflow.

This intercooler is the only one on the market with 15% larger inlet and outlet diameters, increased to 60mm compared to the standard 52mm, to reduce air resistance. The kit comes with Pro Hoses silicone tubing, which connects to the OEM boost line on the cold side and replaces the line to the intake/hot side for improved airflow. An enlarged exhaust/cold side boost pipe kit is optionally available.

The intercooler fits neatly behind the original bumper with no trimming or cutting required and can easily be returned to its original condition. The comprehensive mounting kit includes all mounting materials and a detailed installation manual.
