Description

The Airtec Stage 1 intercooler for the Ford Fiesta ST180/ST200 uses a race-grade bar and plate core that provides significantly better cooling than the standard intercooler. Thanks to the large 70mm core, cast end tanks, and increased volume, the intake temperature drops dramatically, even under high load. This results in more consistent performance, stronger pulling power, and an engine that suffers significantly less from heat soak.

In tests by Fast Ford Magazine, the Airtec intercooler showed spectacular results: where the OEM intercooler reached 85–97°C after one run, the Airtec intercooler managed to lower the inlet temperature to just 31–39°C under similar conditions. This intercooler can easily handle power up to 250 bhp and is perfect for both standard engines and Stage 1/2 tuning.

The intercooler comes as a complete plug-and-play kit, requiring no cutting or drilling. Available in Satin Black.
