The Airtec Stage 2 Intercooler for the Ford Focus MK3 ST is designed for maximum cooling and optimal airflow, without blocking the upper section of the radiator like other designs. Thanks to its full-width design, the intercooler receives maximum airflow, which is essential for high power outputs and sustained load conditions.

The intercooler uses the same race-proven 60mm bar & plate core that Airtec has been using for years on cars up to 400 hp. In tests, this core has even been loaded up to 540 hp, where an impressive intake temperature of only 38 degrees was measured. The system is plug-and-play and works with the original hoses. The kit comes with an RS-style air scoop for optimal airflow.

On the dyno, a Focus ST with Airtec intercooler, AS Performance intake and catback exhaust achieved 294.3 bhp, which substantiates the effectiveness of this upgrade.
