Description

The Akrapovič Evolution Line (Titanium) for the BMW M5 G90/G99 is a high-end lightweight exhaust system that combines ultimate performance with a refined, deep and sporty exhaust note. The system is made entirely of high-quality titanium, including complex components such as the X-connection and special collectors that are produced in Akrapovič's own titanium foundry.

The exhaust has no valves, uses larger main pipes for maximum flow and is equipped with acoustic reflectors, a resonator and an X-connection that mixes exhaust gases from both cylinder banks for a rich, harmonious sound in all riding modes. An additional damping element in the link pipe provides greater comfort without compromising sportiness.

The Evolution Line delivers demonstrable performance: +8.5 kW (11.5 hp) at 6,150 rpm and +15.6 Nm at 2,550 rpm, compared to the standard exhaust. In addition, the system 41.1% lighter than OEM, which equates to a weight saving of 15.44 kg.

The use of round or hexagonal titanium/carbon tailpipes is mandatory (selectable). Installation is completely plug-and-play and requires no ECU modifications. Designed for vehicles without OPF, although performance tests were conducted on an OPF model.
