These 1.5 TSI APR Ignition Coils are a direct replacement for the original ignition coils of various engines within the VAG family.
Designed as a direct plug-and-play upgrade to factory ignition coils, the APR Ignition Coils deliver greater energy output, ensuring a stronger and more consistent spark. Replacing factory ignition coils with those from higher output vehicles is a common practice as they are often considered to provide more energy output. However, tests often prove that they are no more powerful than the factory ignition coils they replace. APR Ignition coils increase energy output by up to 8% compared to standard. They are a direct upgrade or replacement and come with a unique red housing!
