Guarantee
Regarding warranty - Eventuri products are covered by a 12-month warranty. This warranty does not cover general wear and tear, and all installations must be carried out by a qualified technician. To make a warranty claim, we require the following 3 items from you or your customers to initiate an investigation: 1) Photo of the serial number - please ensure you include a photo of the serial number plate. Do not include just the serial number. 2) Photo of the damage/defect on the item in question. 3) Copy of your customer's purchase invoice/proof of purchase from an authorised Eventuri dealer. We require the above 3 items in the first instance to initiate a warranty claim/investigation. Depending on the nature of the claim or issue, we may request further supporting evidence, as each case is different. However, the above is definitely necessary in the first instance to register a warranty claim.
