The Turbo RPM Speed Sensor Kit with Display is an essential tool for monitoring the compressor wheel speed of all Garrett G-Series turbochargers. Whether you are a tuner or a hobby mechanic, a tachometer for the turbocharger is always recommended! With this gauge you can see in real-time in which efficiency zone the turbocharger is located. This not only helps to immediately detect overspeeding of the turbocharger, but also prevents damage to the turbocharger.
This sensor can also be used in combination with a data logger (see manual in the PDF section).

This kit fits all G-Series turbochargers such as G25-550, G25-660, G30-660, G25-770, G35-900, G35-1050, G40-900, G40-1150, G42-1200, G42-1450, G45-1125, G45-1350, G45-1500, and more.
Using a tachometer display for the turbocharger or compressor wheel, you know the efficiency point of your turbo in combination with the turbo pressure in a compressor map. This way you can be sure your setup is correct and see if the turbocharger is still being used efficiently or is possibly in a harmful zone that could cause damage (overspeeding, surge, etc.).
