Description

This Intercooler Kit is a direct high-performance upgrade for various 2.0 TFSI models such as the Audi A3 8P, Volkswagen Golf 5 GTI and Golf 6 R. The intercooler is mounted in the original position at the front and replaces the OEM unit directly. Thanks to the larger volume, the bar & plate design and the cast aluminium end tanks, the intake temperatures are significantly reduced.

Cooler intake air means more air mass per volume, which makes the engine burn more efficiently and delivers more performance. The turbocharger has to work less hard for the same air mass, which means less heat, increased reliability, and potentially lower fuel consumption. Ideal for vehicles with software upgrades or higher boost pressure. Each intercooler is manufactured to 5 bar tested before delivery.
