Description
Problems with the stock three-piece crank hub on the S55 engine are well known, but these are completely resolved with the installation of the MMR Performance one-piece crank hub and capture plate. This solution prevents the friction plate from shifting, which can cause expensive engine damage. The crank hub is made of hardened EN36 steel and significantly improves reliability. For the ultimate solution, MMR offers an additional capture plate to prevent the crankshaft bolt from loosening.

MMR Performance offers a one-year warranty against manufacturing or material defects, excluding normal wear and tear or misuse. This warranty does not cover the installation of the products. All products are inspected or tested by MMR Performance Ltd or the manufacturer before any adjustments are made for warranty claims. Customers are responsible for selecting a reputable installer with current liability insurance to cover any installation damage. MMR Performance's listings or recommendations of installation providers on the website or elsewhere shall not constitute a basis for liability. Regardless of any other provision in the agreement, MMR Performance's maximum combined liability is limited to the payments made by the facilitator under this agreement for the specific product that caused the alleged damage.
