Description
The pressure control valve (PCV) is found in the 2.0 TFSI EA113 engines of the Golf 5 GTI, Golf 6 R, TT Mk2, Leon 2 Cupra and S3 8P. This valve ensures that the gases that have built up in the crankcase return to the engine through the intake manifold. A faulty PCV can cause specific symptoms such as excessive oil consumption, loss of power, unstable idling and misfires. This part is a direct replacement for the original part and is supplied without gasket.
