Description
The Scorpion GPF-Back System has been specially developed for the BMW 128TI F40, produced between 2021 and 2024, and offers a perfect combination of performance and style. This system, with a diameter of 70 mm / 2.75″, is designed to optimize exhaust gas flow while simultaneously reducing weight compared to the original system. The high-quality construction of T304 “aerospace” stainless steel ensures that the system can withstand the toughest conditions while also offering an impressive lifespan. The Scorpion GPF-Back System is equipped with an electronic valve, which can be controlled by the driver via the drive mode button in the car. This offers the possibility to adjust the sound level to suit driving conditions and personal preference. With the valves closed, the system produces a deeper, quieter note, ideal for long journeys, while opening the valves fully releases the powerful exhaust note. Besides the improved performance, the design is also aesthetically pleasing, with a choice of two handcrafted styles of Scorpion's signature tailpipes: Polished Daytona or Carbon Ascari. This allows drivers to customize their car's look without sacrificing performance. For those seeking even greater performance enhancements, Scorpion has also developed a GPF Delete, resulting in improved gas flow and sound performance (closed-loop operation).
