The Scorpion resonated cat-back system has been specially developed for the Mini Cooper S F56 (including JCW models) from 2014 to 2024. This system combines track-to-road technology, developed in collaboration with the popular Mini Challenge Racing championship, with everyday driving performance. The resonated cat-back system offers a balance between noise reduction and performance. The resonated design provides a quieter driving experience, while the non-resonated option offers a louder, more aggressive note for those who desire a more powerful exhaust note. Both configurations promote improved exhaust emissions, allowing the engine to operate more efficiently. This results in increased power delivery and sharper throttle response. Furthermore, the cat-back system provides weight savings compared to OEM systems, contributing to improved driving performance.
