Description
The TTE480+ upgrade turbocharger is based on an original BorgWarner K04-064 and completely re-engineered by TheTurboEngineers into the ultimate K04 hybrid for the 2.0 TSI EA888.1 engines. With a billet milled compressor wheel, An 9-bladed high-flow turbine and a reinforced bearing system, this turbo delivers early response, more airflow and peak power up to 480 hp (450+ on 99RON).
The muffler has been removed for improved flow (50mm outlet), and the CNC-machined exhaust ports ensure optimal fit. Plug-and-play installation is possible with a 90° silicone hose.
