Description
The TTE4XX is the latest hybrid turbo upgrade from TheTurboEngineers, developed for the Alfa Romeo Giulietta 1750 TBi. This upgrade offers a perfect combination of super-fast spool, instant response and a significant output of over 350 hp, while retaining the original fitment for a true Plug & Play installation.
The TTE4XX starts with a stock OEM turbocharger that has been completely redesigned and optimized. The standard compressor is replaced by a larger, billet-milled 6+6 impeller, which, thanks to its modern geometry, delivers higher airflow and improved efficiency. The compressor housing is CNC-machined to perfectly match the new compressor profile, further optimizing airflow.
On the turbine side, TTE replaces the original turbine with a 9-bladed high-flow turbine. This reduces exhaust gas temperatures and backpressure, resulting in higher power output and smooth boost response. TTE's internal motorsport bearing system ensures long-term reliability and high stability, even at high boost pressures. Each turbocharger is individually balanced using VSR technology up to 250,000 rpm and comes with an official balancing report.
