The TTE880 is a high-performance turbocharger upgrade from TheTurboEngineers, developed for the Audi 2.7T Bi-Turbo V6 engine. Based on the combination of original BorgWarner RS6 and RS4 turbochargers, the TTE880 offers an exceptional balance between extreme power delivery and rapid response. With over 650 hp at 98 RON and up to 750+ hp at 102 RON, this kit ranks among the absolute top hybrid RS4/RS6 upgrades.

The turbochargers start as genuine RS6 K04 OE units, which TTE then combines with RS4 K04 components. The compressor housings are CNC-machined and polished for optimal airflow, featuring larger 50.5mm billet compressor wheels and CNC-machined 58mm billet inlets with Viton O-ring seals. The TTE 9-blade high-flow turbines ensure maximum gas flow, lower exhaust temperatures, and faster spooling.

The internal components feature the reinforced TTE motorsport bearing system and genuine BorgWarner synchronized actuators, optimized for long-term reliability under high boost pressures. Each set is individually high-speed balanced (VSR) up to 250,000 rpm and comes with an official balance test results document.
