This package is specifically designed to take the performance of your BMW 135i or 335i to a new level. It is suitable for the BMW 135i E82/E88 and the BMW 335(x)i E90/E91/E92/E93. With the EVO3 intercooler kit you benefit from a significant increase in airflow and cooling. The intercooler offers a whopping 162% greater flow capacity and 182% more charge air volume compared to the standard intercooler, resulting in a significant improvement in performance and the overall driving experience. With dimensions of 510mm x 303mm x 180mm and a weight of only 13.2kg, the intercooler is designed with cast aluminum end boxes for excellent cooling and minimal pressure drop. Furthermore, the inlets and outlets have been enlarged to Ø70mm for maximum airflow, while the high-quality Tube Fin core with internal turbulators ensures efficient heat transfer and optimal airflow. Installation is simple and can be done with the included reinforced silicone hoses, making it a plug-and-play solution.
The package also includes the N55 downpipe kit with a 200 CPSI racing catalytic converter, designed for optimal flow and performance. The downpipe has a 76mm diameter for excellent flow and is constructed of high-quality stainless steel (1.4301 – SS304) for maximum durability and corrosion resistance. Two lambda sensor connections allow for precise tuning, while the 200 CPSI racing catalytic converter ensures optimal exhaust gas purification and meets the highest environmental standards.
