The Wagner Tuning Audi B5 S4 Intercooler Kit is a high-quality redesign of the original Audi OEM Intercooler, specially developed for B5 enthusiasts. Our engineers have enlarged the Intercooler core and improved the design of the final tank to avoid any OEM bottlenecks to eliminate, resulting in increased flow capacity and improved charge cooling properties. This kit has been updated with the latest tube-fin technology for the intercooler core, combined with cast aluminum and then CNC machining for reliable, high-performance air-to-air charge cooling. It has a OEM+ fit and finish for easy installation, with the inlet and outlet diameter Ø53 mm The Wagner Tuning Audi S4 Intercooler Kit has several advanced features. The intercooler cores use the latest tube-fin technology with dimensions of 220 mm x 215 mm x 90 mm, in contrast to the OEM dimensions of 160 x 215 x 65 mm. A calculated flow comparison shows that the Wagner Tuning Intercooler has a capacity of 4257 ccm, while the OEM S4 Intercooler has a capacity of 2236 ccm and the OEM RS4 Intercooler 2538 ccm has. Furthermore, there is a CAD-optimized design of the final tank and ultra-lightweight carbon fiber charge air tubing. The kit retains the OEM installation points and offers 38% more cooling surface area and 90% more flow volume than the OEM. Finally, the kit is finished in a stealth flat black for a sleek look.
