With our innovative high-performance intercooler from Wagner Tuning, you can replace the original intercooler and experience an impressive performance improvement. Our high-performance intercooler has a new type of performance core with dimensions of 192 mm x 156 mm x 128 mm. This has been specially developed for the high demands of the BMW M5/M8 engine and offers an incredible 75% more external intercooler core volume compared to the standard intercooler. The optimized ratio of inner to outer cooling surface ensures maximum heat transfer and optimal internal airflow. The cast aluminum end boxes have been designed using the latest CAD technology and optimized with CFD simulations. The result is excellent cooling performance with minimal back pressure, which ensures optimal cooling of the charge air with a significant performance increase. This kit is even ideal for demanding races. To guarantee a lasting cooling effect, all Wagner Tuning intercoolers are equipped with a heat-conducting anti-corrosion layer. The installation of the system is easy thanks to our detailed installation instructions and is plug & play style.
