With the specially designed high-performance intercooler from WAGNER TUNING, you can replace the original intercooler and experience a revolutionary increase in performance. WAGNER TUNING High performance intercooler features an innovative core measuring 222mm x 297mm x 95mm. This design has been specifically developed for the high demands of the KTM engine and offers an incredible 80% larger external core volume compared to the original intercooler. The ratio of internal to external cooling surfaces ensures maximum heat transfer and optimal internal airflow. The end cases, made of cast aluminum, were designed using advanced CAD technology and optimized with CFD simulations. This results in excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure, which increases air mass flow by as much as 33%. This also makes this intercooler perfectly suited for racing use. You benefit from optimal cooling of the intake air and a significant increase in performance. To ensure long-lasting cooling effects, all Wagner Tuning charge air coolers are equipped with a heat-conductive anti-corrosion layer.
