The original Intake duct runs over the turbo with significant changes in cross-section and direction, leading to high Intake temperatures and back pressure. This intake system eliminates those limitations.

The Wagner Air Intake system is a direct replacement for the original system and is optimised for installation in the lower right-hand corner of the wheel arch. The Ø76 mm plastic Intake pipe no longer has any constrictions in its cross-section and connects directly to the turbo via a silicone adapter. The large, open sports air filter ensures maximum filtration efficiency at the lowest possible back pressure and contributes to a sporty engine sound.

Features

High-performance Air Intake system for the Mercedes A35 AMG W177 and V177

direct replacement for the original Air Intake system

Optimised position at the bottom right of the wheel arch

Ø76 mm plastic Intake pipe with no restrictions in the cross-section

Connects directly to the turbo via a silicone adapter

Large, open sports air filter for maximum filtration efficiency with minimum back pressure

Contributes to a sporty engine sound

Total air flow increased by +90%

Improves the engine’s throttle response

Technical specifications

Product type: Air Intake system

Suitable for: Mercedes A35 AMG W177 and V177, 225 kW / 306 hp (2018–2022)

Intake pipe diameter: Ø76 mm

Intake pipe material: plastic

turbo connection: reinforced silicone adapter

Filter: open-type sports air filter

Position: bottom right in the wheel arch

Increase in air mass flow: +90%

Contents of the set

Wagner Intake Mercedes A35 AMG W177 V177

1x Ø76 mm plastic intake tube

1x reinforced silicone hose

1x sports air filter

fitting kit

Installation instructions

Frequently asked questions

Where is this Intake fitted?
The intake directly replaces the original Air Intake system and is located at the bottom right of the wheel arch.

How does the Intake pipe connect to the turbo?
The Ø76 mm plastic Intake pipe connects directly to the turbo via a reinforced silicone adapter.

By how much does the air mass flow increase?
According to Wagner, the air mass flow increases by a total of +90%.
