The 034 Motorsport high-pressure fuel pump piston upgrade kit is a direct replacement piston for the factory high-pressure fuel pump in the 2.0 TSI engines in the B8/B8.This applies to the Audi A4/Allroad and A5, the 2.5 TFSI inline-5 in the 8J Audi TTRS, and the 3.0T TFSI supercharged B8/B8.5 Audi S4/S5/Q5/SQ5 and C7 Audi A6/A7. The pump internals are precision-machined to aerospace tolerances, and the piston and cylinder are DLC-coated.
The kit unlocks up to 50% more flow through the factory high-pressure fuel pump, enabling the fuel system to meet the higher demands of ethanol, racing petrol and higher-octane petrol, and works in conjunction with Dynamic+ ECU software, which requires an upgraded high-pressure fuel pump.
