The 034 Motorsport-assembled High-Pressure fuel pump (HPFP) upgrade is a direct OEM replacement for the standard fuel pump on EA888 Gen 3 engines. Replacing the factory pump with this complete Hitachi (VAG) unit, which comes with the 034 Motorsport piston upgrade pre-fitted, increases fuel capacity by up to 38.6 per cent. This makes the fuel system suitable for E85, racing fuel and higher power outputs with turbo upgrades.
The pump combines OEM quality with significantly higher performance. Thanks to a larger piston diameter, greater displacement and higher maximum fuel pressure, the factory limitation of EA888 Gen 3 engines is removed. Installation is plug-and-play as the pump is fully assembled.
Please note: for EA888 Gen 3 1.8T engines, fitting is possible provided the vacuum pump housing is replaced.
