The Airtec Big boost pipe Kit for the Ford Focus Mk4 ST is a complete replacement for the original boost pipework, suitable for track use and sporty road driving. The kit was developed in-house at Airtec’s headquarters in the United Kingdom and delivers greater flow and capacity, reduced restriction and a more direct response.
The 11-piece kit comprises three lightweight aluminium pipes for extra strength, ensuring they won’t fail even at higher boost pressures. The set also includes six silicone connectors from Pro Hoses and two CNC-machined couplings, making installation as straightforward as possible.
On the hot side, from the turbo, the original pipework measures 55 mm and features a constricted section that restricts flow. The enlarged Airtec pipework has an internal diameter of 60 mm along its entire length, with no restrictions.
On the cold side, towards the throttle body, the original pipework starts at 55 mm and tapers to 63 mm. The Airtec pipework has an internal diameter of 63 mm along its entire length, which increases both flow and volume. No drilling or cutting is required for fitting, and the kit is supplied complete with all the necessary fixing materials and comprehensive fitting instructions.
