The do88 BigPack Intercooler kit for the Porsche 911 991.2 Carrera is the complete performance package for charge air cooling, delivering both higher flow rates and lower Intake temperatures. The package includes the intercoolers, the high-flow Y-pipe and all necessary hoses, accessories and mounting parts. the intercooler kit and the Y-pipe are powerful products in their own right, but when fitted together, they reduce the charge air temperature and back pressure throughout the entire system.
The intercoolers utilise Motorsport-grade Bar Plate cores from Garrett. The cast end tanks are 3D free-form moulded and distribute the air across the entire core. To accommodate a thicker core, the upper air guides have been replaced with carbon fibre air guides, designed using 3D scans and fitted with seals against the bodywork and the intercooler. The connections are 70 mm, so new hoses are supplied for all four positions. The hoses on the turbo outlet can withstand 240 degrees continuously. The Y-pipe is constructed from 63 mm mandrel-bent aluminium tubing with a cast reducer and a powder coating.
