The DO88 Intercooler kit for the Porsche 911 997.2 turbo and turbo S is a complete charge air cooling solution comprising Motorsport-grade intercoolers, a high-flow Y-pipe, silicone hoses and fitting accessories. This BigPack configuration combines improved cooling and airflow in a single complete set.
The kit utilises Garrett Bar&Plate cores, 3D freeform-designed cast end tanks and custom-designed carbon fibre air guides. The Y-pipe is manufactured from 2.75” (70mm) mandrel-bent aluminium tubing with a cast collector section and NC-milled connections for BOV and bleed hoses. All hoses are 3D-designed and CFD-tested, whilst the turbo outlet hoses are suitable for continuous temperatures up to 240°C (464°F).
