The DO88 Charge Cooler Manifold has been developed for various BMW G-Series models fitted with the B58 Gen 2 engine and the Toyota GR Supra A90. This aluminium Intake manifold combines an integrated air-to-water Intercooler with a high-quality 102 mm-thick bar-and-plate core to provide a compact and precision-engineered solution.
The charge cooler utilises cast end tanks developed using 3D scanning, CFD analysis and 3D printing. The system is designed as a direct replacement for the original part and remains compatible with the standard bonnet cover. In addition, a thermal spacer is included to limit heat transfer from the cylinder head to the Intake manifold.
