The Eventuri carbon fibre Intake system for the Audi RS4 B9 and RS5 F5 has been developed to provide a less restrictive airflow to the turbo, whilst keeping Intake temperatures low. The engine compartment of the 2.9T heats up quickly, so an open-cone system would result in better airflow but higher Intake temperatures. That is why Eventuri has completely redesigned the Intake system, from the Intake pipe right through to the grille, using a highly efficient, fully enclosed carbon fibre system.
