Forge Motorsport’s new-generation blow-off valve is designed for the 2.0 TFSI EA113 and EA888.1/2/3 engines, including the Golf 5 GTI, Golf 6 R, Golf 7 GTI, A3 8P, S3 8V, Leon Cupra and TT. Manufactured in the United Kingdom, this valve fits without modification and is made from black anodised aluminium. The design withstands high pressures and optimises the performance of the turbo system, whilst delivering a unique blow-off sound.
The integrated solenoid makes this dump valve unique, unlike earlier versions which featured an external solenoid. The housing can be rotated through 360° for flexible installation and is fully serviceable, enabling easy maintenance. Detailed installation instructions are included.
