This K04-001 performance turbo is an upgrade for VAG 1.8T 20VT engines and offers significantly better performance than the standard turbo. Thanks to the larger compressor wheel and improved airflow, power output of up to approximately 260PK can be achieved with the appropriate supporting upgrades.
The turbo is a direct 1:1 replacement for the original turbo and can be fitted without any modifications to the mounting points. For optimum performance, a larger turbo inlet Pipe (TIP) with a 50 mm connection is required.
