The TurboSystems hybrid turbo is a bolt-on upgrade turbo for BMW models fitted with the N57D30 3.0-litre diesel engine, including the 325d and 330d (E9x), the 525d and 530d (F07 / F10) and the 730d (F01 / F02). The turbo works in conjunction with the original exhaust manifold and the other engine components.
Four versions are available, ranging from Stage 2 to Stage 5, with power outputs from 400 hp to 500+ hp. Engine tuning is required following the fitment of this upgraded turbo. The Stage 3 to Stage 5 versions are intended for professional use only. For the best results, an upgraded Intake system, a performance Downpipe and bespoke software are also required.
