The Wagner Competition EVO 2 Intercooler kit has been specially developed for the BMW 335i (E90/E91/E92/E93), 135i and 1 Series M fitted with N54 and N55 engines. With dimensions of 520 mm x 210 mm x 150 mm (13,572 cc), this intercooler offers an 85% larger inlet surface area and 90% more charge air volume than the OEM Intercooler.
The improved cooling ensures consistent power delivery and noticeable acceleration. The high-quality Tube Fin network with internal turbulators and the CFD-optimised free-form end caps made from cast aluminium minimise back pressure. The original snap-fit connections have been replaced with Ø70 mm diameter fittings. The kit has been tested up to 6 bar and is pressure-stable. An anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties guarantees long-lasting, optimal cooling, and at just 7.4 kg, the intercooler is weight-optimised. The original connections are replaced by two reinforced silicone hoses.
