The Wagner Competition Intercooler kit for the Ford Mondeo MK4 2.5T sets new standards in terms of performance and cooling. Measuring 640 mm x 200 mm x 110 mm (14,080 cm³), the intercooler offers a 24% larger inlet surface area and 60% more charge air volume than the standard Intercooler.
the intercooler has been developed using CAD technology and features free-form cast aluminium end caps that optimise internal airflow, resulting in significantly lower back pressure. Weighing just 10.5 kg, the kit enhances the vehicle’s dynamics. A high-quality anti-corrosion coating with thermally conductive properties ensures optimum cooling. Installation is straightforward: simply replace the standard Intercooler with the ready-to-fit kit. The connection has a diameter of 65 mm on both sides. The system has been tested and is pressure-rated up to 6 bar.
