The Wagner Competition Intercooler kit has been developed for the Renault Clio 4 RS and maximises cooling and performance, specifically for racing applications.
The core measures 300 mm x 222 mm x 125 mm, with a cooling surface area of 66,600 mm² (16% larger than OEM) and an intercooler volume of 7.7 litres (113% more than OEM). The cast aluminium end caps have been optimised using CFD flow analysis and feature integrated air guides at the inlet to ensure even filling. The original push-fit connections have been replaced by larger Ø60 mm connections. An anti-corrosion coating ensures optimum heat conduction and long-lasting performance. Installation is carried out using the original mounting points as a plug-and-play 1:1 replacement, with reinforced silicone hoses supplied.
