The Wagner performance EVO1 Intercooler kit has been developed for the BMW 3 Series E90/E91/E92/E93 (325d, 330d and 335d) and offers a significant upgrade over the standard Intercooler. With a larger inlet surface area and 70% more charge air volume, this intercooler ensures greatly improved cooling and more efficient performance.
The core measures 520 mm x 200 mm x 150 mm and has a volume of 13.0 litres. The performance high-performance mesh optimises internal airflow. The cast aluminium end caps have been developed using CAD software to ensure the best possible internal airflow, with lower back pressure than the standard Intercooler. An anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties ensures long-lasting cooling. Installation is plug-and-play: the OEM Intercooler is replaced directly without any modifications, and the original charge air hoses remain usable. Suitable for the BMW 325d, 330d and 335d E90/E91/E92/E93 (2005–2013, including xDrive models).
