The Wagner performance Intercooler kit has been developed for the Ford Ranger Raptor 3.0 V6 EcoBoost and replaces the standard Intercooler. the intercooler features precision-engineered cast aluminium end caps and a mesh configuration with internal turbulators, ensuring ideal airflow, highly efficient heat transfer and low pressure drop.
With core dimensions of 550 mm x 300 mm x 110 mm, the intercooler offers a core volume of 11 litres, an increase of 69% compared to the original cooler (6.5 litres). At 1,080 cm², the airflow surface area is 33% larger than the original (810 cm²). An anti-corrosion protective coating makes the cooler resistant to the harshest off-road conditions. Fitting is plug-and-play using the original mounting points. The kit is compatible with the Ford Ranger Raptor 215 kW/292 PS (from 11/2022) 3.0 V6 EcoBoost e-4WD.
