The Wagner Competition Intercooler kit for the Volkswagen Transporter T6 2.0 BiTDI replaces the water-cooled Intercooler in the indirect charge air cooling system. Measuring 150 mm x 185 mm x 114 mm and featuring a newly designed performance core, the system offers 106% more external core volume than the standard Intercooler, ensuring maximum heat transfer and optimised internal airflow with reduced back pressure.
The cast aluminium end caps have been developed using CAD designs and CFD simulations to ensure efficient airflow. A robust anti-corrosion coating promotes long-lasting cooling performance and protects the intercooler from external influences. Installation is plug-and-play with instructions supplied. Up to 4 years’ warranty.
