The Wagner Competition Intercooler kit has been developed for the Renault Megane 3 in the GT, RS and dCi/TCe variants and replaces the original Intercooler to provide better cooling and performance.
With stepped core dimensions of 620 mm x 206 mm x 150 mm, the intercooler offers a 68% larger inlet surface area (1277 cm² vs. OEM 760 cm²) and 79% more charge air volume (13.6 litres vs. OEM 7.6 litres). The CAD-designed, cast aluminium free-form end caps ensure excellent internal airflow and minimal back pressure, whilst the Competition high-output core also supplies airflow to adjacent components such as the water cooler. the intercooler has been tested up to 6 bar. An anti-corrosion coating with heat-conducting properties ensures long-lasting cooling. Installation is straightforward, with mounting hardware and a fitting guide included.
