The 034 Motorsport billet aluminium Dogbone Mount Insert is designed to fill the large gaps in the original transmission mount (dogbone mount). This significantly reduces unwanted movement of the engine and gearbox, resulting in crisper gear changes and a more direct driving feel. The insert is compatible with, amongst others, the Audi A3 8P, TT 8J and Volkswagen Golf 5 / 6 and related models.

The insert works in conjunction with the original rubber mount and reduces play without causing any additional noise, vibration or harshness (NVH) in the cabin. Unlike polyurethane inserts, this CNC-machined aluminium component does not wear out and retains its shape and performance over the long term. Fitting is straightforward and can be carried out in a matter of minutes without any permanent modifications.
