The 034 Motorsport High Flow Intake manifold is designed as a direct replacement for the original small-port Intake manifold on the Audi TT 8N 1.8T. Thanks to its modular design featuring a rotatable plenum, the throttle body can be fitted on either the driver’s or passenger’s side.
With a 1.85L plenum, this manifold not only delivers gains in high-horsepower setups with larger turbos, but also a noticeable improvement in torque and power in the low and mid-rev ranges – even with a standard turbo.
Manufactured from A356 aluminium using low-pressure die casting, with tapered runners, large air inlets and a smooth plenum finish for maximum airflow and balance between the cylinders.

Does this manifold deliver a performance gain with a standard turbo?
Yes. The 1.85L plenum and tapered runners improve airflow, resulting in a noticeable increase in torque and mid-range power, even with a stock turbo.
Will my original throttle body fit?
Yes. The manifold is compatible with both OEM and 80 mm throttle bodies. Bear in mind that the position will be slightly different; the Intake hose may need adjusting.
Is this a true plug-and-play installation?
Mechanically, yes, but expect minor adjustments to cover caps and hose routing. Tighten the plenum-to-runner bolts to 7 Nm (62 in-lb).
Do I need to have my ECU remapped?
Not compulsory, but recommended to make full use of the extra flow, especially with larger turbos or an 80 mm throttle body.
Small port or large port—what’s the difference?
This is the Small Port version. It’s cast from the same mould as the Large Port and can be reamed out to Large Port later if desired.
