Airtec Motorsport cold-side big boost pipe kit for the Hyundai i20N, developed as a direct performance upgrade for track use and sporty road driving. This enlarged cold-side boost pipe replaces the original hose between the intercooler and the throttle body, improving airflow and response.
The original hose has a diameter of 53 mm and features several relatively sharp bends, which cause unnecessary restriction. Airtec Motorsport has developed an enlarged kit with a constant diameter of 63 mm along its entire length. This results in a 19% increase in internal capacity and reduced air resistance.
The design, with fewer sharp bends, further optimises airflow. This improves mid-range performance and delivers faster throttle response. The increased internal volume also helps to channel air more efficiently from the intercooler to the throttle body.
The kit is manufactured from high-quality aluminium and comes with its own 63 mm throttle body flange and Pro Hoses silicone connectors. All pipes feature a black powder-coated finish for a subtle OEM+ look in the engine compartment.
The fitting kit contains all necessary mounting hardware and clear fitting instructions for a straightforward installation. Designed to work perfectly with the Airtec Intercooler.
