To prevent a loss of performance during prolonged heavy use, Airtec Motorsport has developed a larger, more free-flowing Intercooler. Thanks to the stepped core design, maximum frontal surface area is utilised within the limited space behind the bumper.
This results in a significant increase in total capacity and a larger frontal area compared to the standard unit. Consequently, the available airflow is utilised more efficiently and Intake temperatures remain more stable under heavy load.
In combination with high-flow, one-piece cast end tanks and an internal air guide, the airflow is optimally distributed, resulting in a marked improvement in cooling capacity and efficiency.
the intercooler features a satin black finish and comes with all necessary fitting materials and clear fitting instructions. Fitting requires no modification to the bumper, although a slight adjustment to the lower grille may be necessary.
