An ideal upgrade for tuned RS models that require greater stability and reliability, without compromising on OEM fit. the intercooler utilises a 60 mm thick core, combined with high-flow cast end tanks and a lower aluminium air-ram scoop that directs airflow directly to the core. This creates a huge surface area and improves heat dissipation, whilst leaving sufficient airflow for the upper section of the radiator. This makes this intercooler particularly well-suited for use in hot climates. Despite its larger dimensions, the intercooler fits behind the original bumper without any cutting and can be used with the original pipework. The setup is suitable for power outputs ranging from approximately 300 hp to well over 450 hp. The complete fitting kit comes with all the necessary mounting hardware and clear fitting instructions. Installation takes an average of 3 to 4 hours.
