To ensure there is no noticeable loss of performance during prolonged, intensive drives, they have developed a larger, freer-flowing Intercooler that serves as a direct replacement for the smaller and more restrictive OEM part.
The solution to increase the size and performance of the intercooler within the limited space behind the bumper is based on a wider, taller core with an impressive depth of 150 mm. This offers a massive 94% increase in total capacity compared to the original Intercooler, as well as a significant increase in frontal area, allowing it to make optimal use of the airflow.
In addition to the powder-coated Intercooler, the kit also comes with all mounting hardware and detailed fitting instructions.
Its immense cooling capacity makes it an essential upgrade for modified X1, 1- and 3-Series diesel models.
