Airtec Motorsport stepped twin-core Intercooler upgrade for the Hyundai i30N 2.0 T-GDi facelift (2021–2024), developed as a direct replacement for the smaller and more restrictive OEM Intercooler. This upgrade is designed for maximum cooling performance during track use and sporty road driving.
To prevent power loss during prolonged heavy use, Airtec Motorsport has developed a larger, more free-flowing Intercooler. Thanks to the stepped twin-core design with increased depth, maximum frontal area is utilised within the limited space behind the bumper.
This results in a significant increase in total capacity and a considerably larger frontal area compared to the original Intercooler. Combined with CAD-designed, one-piece cast end tanks, the air is channelled efficiently and evenly through the core for optimum cooling performance.
With a 70 mm cold-side connection, this is one of the largest intercoolers currently available for the Hyundai i30N facelift. The increased internal capacity ensures lower Intake temperatures and more stable performance under heavy load.
the intercooler fits neatly behind the original bumper and requires no cutting or modification. Installation takes 2 to 3 hours on average, and the comprehensive kit includes new Pro Hoses silicone hoses, all mounting hardware and a detailed installation guide with illustrations.
Available exclusively in Pro-Series Black finish, with or without the Airtec Motorsport logo and Gloss Black Pro silicone hoses.
Please note: For the 2024 Version 3 facelift model, the surround must be slightly modified for fitting.
