Airtec Motorsport stepped twin-core Intercooler for the Hyundai i30N 2.0 T-GDi, developed as a direct replacement for the smaller and more restrictive OEM Intercooler. This upgrade is specifically designed for pre-facelift models and offers maximum cooling performance for track use and sporty road driving.
the intercooler utilises a stepped twin-core design with a depth of 160 mm tapering to 70 mm, maximising the frontal surface area within the limited space behind the bumper. Combined with high-flow, one-piece cast end tanks, designed using CAD, this intercooler offers significantly greater efficiency and volume than the standard unit.
With a 70 mm cold-side connection, this is one of the largest intercoolers available for the pre-facelift Hyundai i30N. The increased internal capacity and improved airflow ensure lower Intake temperatures and more consistent performance under heavy load.
Despite its larger dimensions, the intercooler fits neatly behind the original bumper and requires no cutting or modification. The comprehensive fitting kit includes all necessary mounting hardware, new Pro Hoses silicone hoses and a clear, step-by-step guide with illustrations. Installation takes an average of 2 to 3 hours, depending on experience.
Available in a Pro-Series Black finish, with or without the Airtec logo. You can choose between an all-black version or a coloured Airtec logo at no extra cost.
