Airtec Motorsport front-mount Intercooler upgrade kit for the Nissan Juke 1.6 turbo, developed following an extensive development process and specifically designed for models fitted with the Nismo or Nismo RS front bumper. This intercooler has been developed to effectively overcome the limitations of the original side-mount Intercooler.
The Nissan Juke’s standard side-mount Intercooler is limited by both its dimensions and positioning, resulting in restricted airflow and rising Intake temperatures. Airtec Motorsport makes optimal use of the available space behind the front bumper by developing a significantly larger front-mount Intercooler.
This direct replacement is almost twice as tall and more than 50 per cent wider than the original Intercooler. The total capacity increases by 5.3 litres, representing a 133 per cent increase in capacity compared to the standard unit. In addition, the frontal area increases by 210 per cent, from 50,596 cm² to no less than 155,020 cm², ensuring greatly improved heat dissipation.
Despite this substantial increase in size, the intercooler still fits neatly behind the bumper and can be fitted without any cutting, drilling or modification work. the intercooler features a high-quality black powder-coated finish and is supplied as a complete set.
The fitting kit comprises two aluminium boost pipes, two silicone hose connections and all necessary fixing materials. A comprehensive step-by-step fitting guide is included.
